:D You can say that again..Cheating just that one time hurts alot I gained some water weight and i am still trying to get it off. Its like temptation comes only when I am trying so hard to do something good for myself.

I did well on Monday then Tuesday it was a colleague birthday I ate the cake it was not easy to say no because I don’t want to tell them that I am on a certain diet or change of lifestyle yet. It just ruined the whole day. Today it’s a Wednesday so far so good going strong it’s never too late..

@Lwilso87 good job for finally getting on track. @newrach16 I will suggest that you plan your days a day before so that you work around your daily recommended calories, beyond that dont allow it. STAY IN CONTROL DON'T LET FOOD TAKE CONTROL.
