Temptation on fast days since I am the Cooker in the house.
Hello all, I would like to know how do you resist temptation if you are the one who is preparing the food for the family. I find that I am wasting my fast days by giving in to temptation and eating beyond my required 500 calories. I wish the was a better way to deal with this.. :|
