  • I am walking in the morning. I have a full 20 oz of water 8 oz black coffee and bcca. The bcca is supposed to protect your muscles by giving you calorie free protein. It's my 1st week I'll let u know how it goes.

  • Your body gets used to things. Try mixing it up by changing your fasting period or switch to 2 low calorie days/week.

  • Hi. Today is my first day and I plan on a 7 hour eating window between 11 and 6pm. Clean ratting 1 cheat meal a week. Also adding fasting cardio every morning.
