I am checking in.....I can feel minor changes in my abs and I miss it if I can't make it to a dance fit or boot camp class. I feel like I'm not yelling at my kids as much and overall happier. But my weight is not really moving on the scale. Looking for non-scale victories...

I could get frustrated with myself because my scale states I'm up 3 lbs this morning. But I choose to live to my best ability. I celebrated 3 birthdays with people I dearly love this week! Made it thru the week pretty well. I'm not getting enough water and plan on working more on that. I also want to try a dance fit class offered at our gym on Wednesday! I lost 3 of the 5 pounds I put on during the week of Christmas. Each day is a fresh start!
