Hi all. I am Rolanda. I started running 5 years ago and last year I reached my 1000km goal a year for the first time. Something I want to repeat this year. So far I have run 100km each month. If I keep it up, I will reach my goal before november starts. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. :)

I am 30 years old, 52/53 kg (116lbs), 5'3. maintaining on around 2000/2100 calories a day. Mostly walk 25000+ steps a day. Also go for a run 3 times a week and visit the gym 2 times.

Hi I am 5´3 and I am now 52kg. When I started using MFP I was 61kg. =) At some point I was weighing 64-65 kg and didn`t feel right so that`s when I started my weight loss journey. I am now at maintenance.

Same here. I am 5'3 and when I make 20000/25000 walkings steps a day I can maintain when I eat 'round 1800/1900 cal. Oh, my weight is 115lbs. :)
