1.Improve my 10k time by at least 7 minutes
2.Compete in the elite class for at least 1 OCR
    3. Achieve the BH (shortly put a kind of mental test with an obedience prog) & UHP (endurance, running next to a bike) titles with my puppy.. Although this one doesn't do much for my fitness, it does take some prioritizing, which is why I list it here.. Luckily each day has 36 hours, so there's always time for everything I want to do...

Heal up, get back to doing the spartan race series, and possibly compete in WBFF transformation division

Can't wait for the Spartans to come to Norway too....

Interim goal - lose 13 pounds by March 3 when we go on a cruise. Long term is to lose 40 pounds. Fitness goal is to ride The Loop, a 55-mile bike path that goes around Tucson, where I live. That figure doesn't count all the extensions; that would be 110 miles (I think). From our house, it would actually be 60 miles. I did roughly half last year, so I know I can do it.

I want to crush my father-in-law in a triathlon, and then put the muscle mass back on that I will lose while training for the tri so that I can look good for beach season, and then i'm gonna start hitting the Olympic lifts hard.

Why will you lose muscle training for your tri?

    Goals:
    - Fully recover from little injury and get to run the miles I want to run again.
    - Run 4mile race again and hopefully within 46 minutes.
    - Learn to accept my body the way it is now.

Less refined sugar, less white flour, fewer fried foods, over 90g protein a day, less caffeine, no alcohol or other substances, remember to take vitamin D supplement regularly, find a workout routine I can actually do regularly.
