Thanks for the post OP. I woke up this morning and I wasn't going to wear mine today. I haven't lost weight for the week I had it. I thought that maybe I have been eating to much? Or it could be that I have up my exercise. I will give it one or week and will tighten my logging.

I know you said you don't have the money But when you have some extra money. Think about getting a Fitbit. I got one last week and I have bee. Do 60 mins of exercise a day. It pushes you into moving. You will find your self running on the spot.

Since I up my exercise these past 7 days my weight went my 800g (1.7lb) It's normal but I don't like it!

The main reason I am worry about not being able to go every day is because my weight hasn't gone down this week. I have been doing 60+ mins a day of exercise and drinking more water.

Don't go on a diet. Instead learn about your body. Find out how much food you need. Find out how much you burn a day. Change how you think about food. Change the amount you eat each meal. Think before you eat. There is no point in losing the weight if you don't learn

When I say "I can't eat all my cals back" I mean safety eat them back. I am afraid that I will go overboard and end up eating to much. I also do most of my exercise in the arvo so I don't know how much more to eat during the day

I have always felt FAT when I go to the hair dressess !!!

I have gone back to full cream milk to get my cals up. I like to exercise!!! And can't eat all my cals back. I eat cheese and crackers with a glass of milk after dinner if I feel that I need to eat more.

I do it every day, but I only let it count on Mondays. I check every day to see when it comes off and I like to know how my body works. Since Tuesday I put on 400grams ( Tuesday and Wednesday are my gym days)
