If u r not using fitbit , I suggest u to use runtastic app on phone Defecit of 600 calories ( runtastic ) each day U can loose 1 kg weight Just check daily macros limit

hi i use south indian food , i still loose weight , check my diary , main goal should be eat within mfp recomend range , calories, carbohydrates, fat & protein if u r macros allows u can eat any food
