Anyone please feel free to add me as a friend. I need to lose 130 pounds, type 2 diabetic and not active. Only been a few days trying to eat better.

Have type 2 diabetes for a few years. For the first few years didn't do anything A1C was 11. Now I take my insulin and am trying to lose 100 pounds as nd gradually exercise.

No criticisms needed! How about trying to change one habit at a time? First change could be just tracking your food. Exercise just make a goal you can do maybe walk just 5 minutes. You have your whole life ahead of you. Focus on the positive and make small changes you think you could do.
