Get up and moving brotha. Diet is just half the battle. A daily walk or even as little as 30 min in the gym can do wonders for your weight loss goals. Good luck!

High blood pressure from too much sodium and other life choices can be a slow and silent killer. Especially if you're already genetically predisposed to high blood pressure. I would recommend you get your blood pressure tested (can be done at most walmarts and pharmacies) and go from there.

Exactly. You get out what you put in. Everyday you need to ask yourself how bad you want to achieve your goals. Every time you eat, every time you don't feel like working out: "how bad do I want to have the body I've always wanted?" Good luck.
