When I do the 1200 cal diet, I didn't see any difference for the first 10lbs. I managed to hit 160lbs but I'm currently 176lbs (this is one of my heaviest) My height is around 5'10". I don't eat my exercise calories back, it's like an insurance to my probably inaccurate logging. The only thing I drink excessively is H2O. 12-14 cups a day and a minimum of 3 litres. Well the weight is going down, lost 11 lbs before MFP and another 4 lbs since MFP, 15 lbs is 3 months. So I guess that's working okay. Oh…

So I logged my weight in the spreadsheet a few days ago, it was a loss. I dunno about today, I have this strict rule of only weighing every week at most or two weeks at least. I have the habit of going over obsessed with the scale. Anyway currently on a semi great start, I hope this will last!

This actually works! I've tried it before, but your weight might go back up after the cleanse, just a heads up. It does help you jump start your plateau though. I used it more for a cleanse then a shed, cleaning and detoxing your body is great, helps prevents cancer, to a certain degree. Anyway good luck!

I love the Korean Figurerobics videos on YouTube, does wonders to my waist. I didn't log my food the entire week... I ate a lot of junk, although I didn't gain weight but I feel pretty guilty.

My goal is to eat less than 1200 cal (excluding random "cheat days" not more than 1 per week). Pump up my fruit and veggie intake, not to mention water. Attempt C25K well my goal is to run 8KM in an hour by the time I'm done with the program. Do aerobics everyday. Thanks for organizing this!
