Lately I have been buying refried beans without any added lard and spreading those on two high fiber tortillas, just zap and eat, add salsa if that sounds too bland.

I tried IF just to simplify meal plans, but I try to eat plant based and high fiber, there's just no way to eat that much volume and fiber in a narrow window. I think it's more ideal for people on a high protein or keto diet.

I would suggest you check out the you are your own gym (yayog) app, it's like 3 bucks but gives demonstrations and has structured workouts, I was able to do one handed push ups last time I completed the program.

I have a basic circuit I'm doing right now that's hard for me. I'm just doing 10 rounds of pushups, pullups and squats, but I'm training for an obstacle race so this might be better for metabolic conditioning vs toning.

Personally I find lentils to pack a good amount of protein but beans are good also. Also keeping grains high fiber tends to be higher in protein by default, but I think it depends on your protein goals.
