Yes thats good I find that it has made me motivated more to have others support. Theres plenty of people who have success stories and also I like sharing what I eat. So far I've lost 17 lbs but need more. I just change what I eat to a better version of what I like. And when I can I will walk 2-3 times a week at a slow pace with my infant in her stroller0 -
