So SORRY I missed yesterday's Challenge!! I was suddenly busy!! If you want to do yesterdays challenge with me today it is 150 lunges (alternating legs). I will be doing them with today's challenge.

Seems like a lot? Well, you can break them up!

You can go without weights of course, but if you add weight, don’t forget to brag!

Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?
