I asked on the WW site last night if anyone is having a problem with seconds now that portion control is no longer "really" a thing, meals like chili, soup and stew are zero points, and there is no more context on the plan with everything being zero. Yes there are some who have the problem, but most figured out their own…

I've heard this one- yoga and Pilates build lean muscle, weught training builds bulky muscle. Don't lift heavy if you don't want bulky muscle.

I weigh salad dressings and liquid condiments after taring the food on the scale. Usually in grams or ml depending on the label. I've only weighed cashew milk into cereal once in mls.

Same observation. A strong push off through the heel and glutes gives me more speed. I also take shorter, faster steps while letting my hips sway naturally. Almost like the speed walker sway. My hip bursitis has improved immensely because I felt I was overstriding. So I made the above changes, added extra glute work and…

I have a goal of losing my final 20 lbs by the end of the year, and it has taken me several years to lose my initial 70. I'm short and in my 40s so I don't get a ton of calories on .5 lbs a week. That means I have to exercise a lot, and I've already reached my daily time limit. I do cardio almost daily for stress relief…

I shift my feet either inward or outward, and my weight back and forth onto my toes then heels to prevent it. Changing directions and speed helps also.

I made a recipe called "salad of the week". I use the same bagged salad mix, tomato and cucumber. It's logged for 1 gram =1 serving, so all I do is weigh it out and call it a day. Everything else I weigh.

I use them to burn out a muscle after a regular set, usually the final one, of weight training. For example I finish 3 sets of bicep curls then pick up the bands and rep out till failure. I used them to intensify planks tonight. It worked!

I'm 5'3" 146lbs. As per my trending app I'm overweight. I was skinny fat-ish (though I hate the term) at a healthy weight of 137 lbs. It was a good initial goal weight but ultimately I think I'd look better at 125 to 130 with continuing strength training and cardio. You are not horribly overweight. Please be kinder to…

I did use the official USDA entry both times. I'll verify more often. Thanks.

Yes this is the perfect explanation for the rounding. So would this be considered undercounting my calories or just a fluke?

Thanks. Just referring to a post a saw on the thread about weighing fruits and veggies.

I'm think I'm over WW. I realized this the other night after a hypoglycemia attack when I went way over points but came out to 1500 calories for the day eating cereal to recover from a 6 mile run. Before this I had only had about 900 calories of low and zero point for the day. Then there was thinking about why is 90…
