  • You've got to hit the gym and start lifting weight and you also have to increase your calorie intake. Lots of chicken breast, oatmeal, eggs, sweet potatoes are always a clean way to gain. Have you been entering your food to the diary? How much calories are you eating a day?
  • The app is a standard setting but you can customize yours to what you want it to be. So if you're trying to gain, I'll say take 1.5 gram of protein per lb (your body weight).
  • Once you become someone's friend, you can click on their diary and it'll show you what they've been eating, as long as they enter their meals.
  • My goal is to continue to gain muscle weight, hopefully 10-15lbs with clean bulking so that way when it's time to shred, it doesn't take me too long. My dream is to compete for the first time next year so hopefully I can get my body to where I want it. :)
  • Hey hon so I was in your shoes a few months ago. You'll need to calculate your BMR (the link is below) then add 250 calories to that and as you start gaining, add another 250.   • Since you're trying to gain the weight in the next 4 weeks, then I would add 500 calories to your daily intake. And when you go to the gym, instead of doing cardio, only do weights, heavy weights, that will help you put on weight quick :)
