  • Hi and welcome. This group hasn't had much activity lately, but I am glad you are here. I'm a 33 year old working mom of 2 and I struggle with the same things. I recently had a period where I stopped signing in to MFP but now I am back and working at it some more. :)
  • Hi. I am in a very similar situation to you. I have two kids (3 and 15 months) . I have also had some weight issues since high school but they have gotten worse over time. I now have about 70lbs to lose. I've had success on here before, but got stuck at the same weight for a while and then gained 7lbs back. I am almost…
  • Working out at work is a good idea. I just stopped pumping at work so my lunch break is free now. Problem is that we only get 30 minutes for lunch (but I get to leave at 4:30) :) . I work full time so I have a pretty good idea of my milk output and can keep a close eye on it. Would love to support/get support from other…
  • 70 lbs to lose too! Feel free to add me. I am new at this and would love to give/get support with others going through the same thing!
  • I could have written your post. Baby # 2 is 8 months old. I am 5'9 and about 235 lbs. Living in Oklahoma - so also battling the heat. I'm still breastfeeding and so cutting calories has been hard, but MFP has a breastfeeding thing in the cardio section and it gives you 200 calories for every 30 minutes of breastfeeding. I…

  • I'm new too! Hoping I can really do it this time. I'm a working mom of 2 kids. Also love to swim and hike. Wanting to lose 70 lbs. Here to support you!
  • In the cardio exercise area you can enter breastfeeding and the time and it will calculate it for you. I think it gives you 200 calories for every 30 minutes of breastfeeding. Not sure how accurate it is, but it is in there.
