Thanks everyone :) My bathroom floor doesn't seem very even and it doesn't have tiles it has that non furry carpet thing which I can't remember what it's called hahaha.

Yeah it was hard getting on those scales. I knew I had put on about 2 stone but seeing it on the scales it hit me in the face!

Well since I've been tracking and trying to eat healthier it seems I am still getting a lot of sugar. I think it mainly comes from fruit. I have a very sweet tooth and tend to crave sugar more than most things. I don't think I get enough protein though so I will try and increase that :) Thanks for the advice.

Thanks everyone! Yeah I know I have to really try and stick to this. Not only for physical appearance but for health and fitness and wellbeing! I notice I am very very tired all the time and i think my diet is to blame. These past two days I've been eating better and I already feel a slight difference!

I don't finish work till 10pm so I am going to try out a recipe my friend said is lovely. Banana omelette type thing. Sounds odd but I'm going to have a taste! It's just a banana and an egg mashed and beaten and then fried like an omelette :)

@rockmcman23 Yeah it's not nice. I can't wear many of my clothes anymore because I feel so disgusting and self conscious. I do really enjoy my healthy meals when I eat them. It's just getting into the habit of making them and not going straight to junk food.

@Breeticus87 Yeah I am wanting to change for good. I always seem to go in and out of healthy eating. And when I don't I really don't and put so weight. But I also can get obsessive with trying to lose weight and eating less and less. I need to find a healthy balance to stick with it for good.
