It is an individual need. Some get nauseous from eating before and some from not eating. I usually do weights in the morning and have >700 kcal breakfast about an hour before. Running shoes should be about 1 size larger than your other shoes. Your feet swell when running and your toes should not touch the end of your shoes. Also do you pronate?

Everyone is different in their tolerance of food before exercise. Forget buying any expensive pre exercise supplements. The best way is to eat an Apple, banana or other serving of fresh fruit before. Fresh fruit doesn't count as added sugar. Since the sugars are locked in the fiber it is released slowly and will help fuel…
