I drink green tea every day and take a green tea extract. People always say that I don't look like I need to lose weight. So, it must have helped to slowy weight gain. Four days ago was 100th day and I lost 15.6 lbs. Whatever fat on my tummy is gone. I will continue to drink tea and take supplements.

Congrats! Same here, more clothes that fit. But I have clothes that are too loose.

It took a week to see a loss of 1 lb. Four days ago was my 100th day, and I had lost 15.6 lbs. A simple food scale and a simple digital scale really helps. PS I don't weigh myself often, only every 2 or more weeks.

Great job! I have lost nearly 10 lbs in 2 months, and I cannot believe it. My husband lost 23 lbs. during the same time. Calorie counting is so simple and it works.

It is a big deal. Congrats! My husband also moved off of obese as well, after losing 23 lbs. in 2 months, and barely made it to the overweight category. He has 30 lbs. to go.

I think you have a very good question, since we also do a lot of cooking. You can see if there is a recipe with similar ingredients and then use that information. Or, you can add up all of the calories from the ingredients and divide by the number of portions you intend to have. For example, if all your ingredients added…
