2 organic eggs scrambled with 1 cup spinach and a slice of american cheese. Sometimes I'll add a slice of Ezekiel bread or a 100 cal English muffin. If it's after a workout, I'll skip the bread and have a cup of milk mixed with a scoop of protein powder.

Thanks for your reply and the good advice. I too like to see every low but those damn jumps drive me nuts. I'm going to weigh in once a week for the next 2 weeks and see how I do.

Looks yummy! I love romaine lettuce, quinoa, beets, black olives, and balsamic. Or mixed greens, quinoa, hummus, red wine vinegar, oregano, red peppers, and red onion.
