Thank you so much for the Great Advice some days i want to give up because i still look the same 2 months later but i keep going You get Results if you keep eating right and working out I just don't always have time to work out

See i haven't been taking any pictures at all I am embarrassed to have a picture of myself right now but i will start taking pictures maybe i will notice a difference i sure don't see it at all i feel like i look bigger each day i look at myself lol

Thank you so much I will deff keep eating healthy and at a Deficit I think it might of been water weight too I just don't see how i could of lost soon soon i've only been on this diet for 2 months And i am weighing my food and thanks again for the Advice :)

I weigh my self first thing in the morning after i go to the bathroom and every day the scale says i lost another pound to 2 pounds My clothes still fit the same as far as i see it I dont feel smaller at all

I don't see where i lost the weight at all lol my husband has also lost over 12 pounds and I see it on him he looks smaller I'm trying not to compare though lol i just wish i could see where i lost at. This is my 2nd month I have ate 2 hotdogs this past week but i'm trying not to eat unhealthy food I am going to just weigh myself 1 time a week i think I'm stressing weighing myself every morning lol

No I mostly just weigh myself on the scale but i just don't notice a difference anywhere And every morning i weigh myself it says i have lost a pound or 2 i just can't believe i would be losing that fast So i am going to get a measuring tape and try that thanks so much for all your help :)

I have looked my BMR up on Several BMR Calculator's and that's what it says here are my Stats Female 23 years old 5'3 That's where i got the calculation was on the websites

ok so the only thing i need to use measuring cups for is Solids correct? everyone says not to use measuring cups their Inaccurate

True i don't think he means any harm but it truly did hurt my feelings somewhat i have been trying so hard I just couldn't still believe i didn't lose 1 pound but i am going to be true to myself and start weighing my food and being honest and taking it 1 step at a time

Yeah that's the problem i don't have one at the moment :( as soon as my Husband gets paid i am going to deff buy one. I am going to go see what they have today at walmart :)

HE literally eats nothing he will eat a cup of fruit at work and then a chicken wrap when he gets home from work at 12 am I thought you were not suppose to eat so late either The latest i eat a snack is 10:30 pm

how much working out should i do to lose 2 pounds a week? will jumping roping and walking 2-3 miles 6 days a week be enough to lose 2 pounds a week?

It's hard not to compare when your both weighing yourselves at the same time lol and he starts bragging It made me feel like crap because we started this almost a month ago. So i was feeling so defeated last night but i feel better today and i'm glad it's a new day and i can try again

I don't Encourage it I will warn him again but he is going to do what he wants in the end I am going to just focus on my self for now I know his weight loss will come to a stall soon enough Men are so stubborn lol

I sat my weight loss goal at 2 pounds a week so It's at 1200 right now but i if i move it down to 1.5 weight loss i will get 1420

I truly am proud of him and support him but i am a little jealous :/ lol But I will do what MFP has set for me I sat my goal at a 2 pound week loss and have lost nothing It makes me upset I started this almost a month ago i am going to get a food scale as soon as i get paid and go from there thanks again for all the help

I am 5'3 and I would say i am Sedentary I hardly exercise when i walk my boys to the park i am so tired and all red in the face i feel i will die just from walking I was getting 1420 On MFP I think i will move back up to that I know all of you know what your talking about I am new to all of this and the Advice truly helps…

How many carbs should i be eating a day? I somehow go over on my carbs and sugar every day and i am eating healthy
