"Slices" don't mean much. You need to compare the gram weight of the slices from each bakery. For 90 calories the slices would have to be tiny. For 280 calories the slice would have to be huge & or thick. If possible, call the bakeries and ask them.

Thanks paperpudding. I have checked this out on my i-pad and found it. I don't know why it doesn't show up using my computer.

When I go to my home page, there is nothing that says "nutrition". My page says at the top left "Your Daily Summary" and on the top right "Day Streak". Underneath it says "News Feed". Am I on the wrong page? I use a desktop computer, not a phone.

I just checked and I could find no way to set to weekly. Would like to try it if somebody can tell us how.

Don’t wait. There will be other occasions that will involve cake or something else that you shouldn’t eat on the Keto plan. When the birthday comes just eat the cake and enjoy. You may see an increase of weight on the scale the next morning due to some water retention from the extra carbs but that’s not a fat gain.

Looks like a "Gabby" or "Gabey", short for Gabriella

I would recommend you track fibre as we tend to not get enough, especially if doing low carb or keto. Track sugar or salt depending on your medical condition.

Just tried Halo Top in Canada. Expensive, $6.99 for a container plus 13% tax! Bought Caramel Macchiato, Salted Caramel & Peanut Butter. All were okay. Not that many flavours to choose from, no basic chocolate even. For price and taste it would be better to just eat regular ice cream if you can limit yourself to l/2 c.…

Old European recipe, just added a little soft butter and chopped canned anchovies, tasty on crackers like Crunchmaster Multigrain crackers.

Not familiar with this product, would suggest contacting the company and asking. However, I would think that it would not include the meat so you would have to add the meat of your choice to your diary.
