I tried weight watchers and lost 7lbs. I didn't like it, I seemed to always go over points because I was so hungry on it. I guess I just didn't know what foods to eat besides vegetables because they were 0 points! Welcome

i used to go between binge eating and not eating enough too. We have to work at it and get in ALL our nutrients! NO more binge eating...i did it when i was super stressed.. but i feel so much better now that i don't do that anymore! We can do this!!!

Also if you work, see if your company will do a weight watches challenge. That's what we just did here. We put 5$ in every month and weigh in and who ever reaches their BMI goal wins the money :)

I know three weeks isn't long enough. i'm just super impatient lol also two years ago i did the south beach diet and within the first 2-3 weeks i lost a lot, i know most was water weight but i am also doing the low carb diet again as well so that's why i don't understand why nothing has moved.... weight wise that is.
