  • First of all, thank you for your service. I have been using the MFP app since August 1 and have had success by loosing 5.6 lbs so far. I find it very helpful in tracking my calories and keeping me motivated to keep going. Good luck in your journey. Feel free to add me if you are looking for support.

  • Congrats on your progress so far! I started Aug 1 and have lost 5.6 lbs so far. This thing seems to be working for me as well. Its keeping me on track and motivated.
