Guts still intact! Now working through the frozen batches - I'm v proud of my 1st attempt at soup considering I chucked anything in it I could find! leeks, swede, parsnips, potato, carrots, goats cheese, seasoning, curry powder (loads fell in!) - think i'll have a hard job recreating it :D

I'm the only one 'dieting' in my house so its only my attitude which decides if I will lose weight/get fit -I exercise alone (walking initially but gonna try a running program - eek) and food planning involves cooking what I want with additional for them! I found it much easier to ignore their choices as time went on…

I walk the dog on my own everyday for an hour but have subscribed to Audible so have plenty to listen too, mostly I just enjoy the peace and quiet (3 kids too!). I've lost 1 stone (of 3) and only one person has noticed! It will happen, a lot of people are wary of making personal comments these days, except my friend - v blunt she is :D good and bad!

Depends what your aiming for, the sandwich iniatally seems better but if youre buying it often then can become boring - calories in v calories out for weight loss, check your weekly macros if carbs/sugar is your concern.

I keep mine as sedentary (80% desk job) then add exercise daily as i do it (i.e. Dog walk) and eat back 2/3rds of the calories given - has been working for me so far. Well done so far

Me too (2yrs post op), just have to avoid too much melted cheese as feel a bit sicky otherwise.

Been on hols-off work for 2 weeks so back to work yesterday and put my nursing uniform on and ..... the sleeves don't get stuck in my armpits anymore, yay! it was so annoying!

I eat brekkie after walking the dog so 10-ish then lunch 2-3pm and dinner 7-8pm. I find I snack less this way

I try not to after 9pm (no real reason!) but sometimes I wake up starving at 2am so have a spoonful of cottage cheese or peanut butter and count it in to that days allowence.
