Candied peel, or earwax chunks as i call it!

My cat was killed 2 days ago and I just wanted to eat anything and everything. I kept telling myself it won't bring him back or stop the pain now the 'need' for that instant food gratification has gone - miss him :(

Thanks

At work we gather all gifts from clients and share them out (usually one or two boxes each) on Christmas Eve and then i give away any that i might lose control over but usually my 4 boys will scoff anything i bring back, 'to help me'!

I'm on 1200 sedatory 5'3" but i log daily exercise and eat 1/2 to 3/4 of those cals. Some weeks i lose 2lb most i lose 1lb but its only doable if your hunger is managed. It took me a good few months to learn what foods filled me up rather than grabbing tthe first thing i found and getting hungry later. :)

X-mas day & boxing day im logging but not counting (1700 is my maint which is too low for x-mas even with a run added on!)
-
17 miles this week- now 27 miles until im out off the marshes!

You leave my carrot cake alone :'(

I work a busy 12hr shift once a week (6hr shift usually) and I'm not an early eater so take a homemade soup & ryebread at 250 cals for lunch then eat the remaining cals when I get home about 8pm. Dont think I could do it every day though.

strawberries and cream = too sickly, hazelnut rules (waiting for PB in uk)

OMG - gimmee

My resting HR is 55-60 on my meds so don't bother measuring it during exercise, I just do walking/running and if I'm puffing, its up! By the way, I set my sodium level to 1500 and I think that, combined with exercise, has meant that the doctor reduced my meds :)

I'm just completed C25K and didnt log the running parts seperately until I was doing continuous running (?wk6). I used Map My Run for distance and then I entered it into MFP for cals at miles per hour - usually I run at 4mph which is classed as fast walking!
-
I started at 200lb and, personally, didn't feel up to running so increased my walking with quicker or longer sessions until i'd lost 15lb and had got fitter. I started C25K, followed it as designed and have just finished it sunday by doing a (slow) 5K fun run - agree with the shoes comments above.

Me too!

Ive given my last years one (men's XL) to a work colleague and bought a size 12/14 to fit. Just found out I have Christmas jumper day rota-ed off, so will wear it at home!

-
just eaten 10 custard creams - 590 cals, now I feel sick for 2 reasons! Mindless eating, tut tut I should know better! I used to love lindt balls with a cup of tea!
-
Mine doesn't pick up less than 6 steps so I can go hours without it registering anything 'cos I'm just to and fro (for 5 hours!) in a small area.
-
Audible too, or podcast 'No such thing as a fish' although it is difficult to run and laugh so I save this one for walking!
-
14.5 miles this week, just outside Bree - should be sneaking in next week!

I run on the 3 run days and walk on the other 4 - C25k wk 7 now
-
Started C25K Wk 7 - my run pace is only fractionally quicker than my stomp around with the dog. Loads of people overtake me but 6 weeks ago I couldn't run at all, so I'm happy. Distance first, Speed can come later - got my first 5k fun run in 3 weeks and I wanna finish upright :D

I'm on as Silverblue
