I am so happy to find this thread!!1

I just found an apple strudel recipe in the Vegetarian Times Complete Cookbook that's only 119 calories/serving (or thereabouts. When I've actually got the apples peeled, cored, and sliced, I'll need to weigh them instead of using the generic '8 medium apples'. But still!)
I know what I'm making this week!5 -
I need to plan my Christmas menu... It’ll be just me and husband. I know there will be ham and pecan pie. But what else...1

I try to eat healthy but I am poor and I know that the health nuts would pick apart everything I eat. I also don't ever deprive myself of foods I love that are junk, I just moderate them.2

but what about the one you put hot sauce on?6 -
So, was at Timmies yesterday and decided to try their mini-streudels. 3 little things for $0.50. Nowhere near good enough for the 150 calories each. Won't do them again.0

Chocolate on frozen chicken tenders????
Cheese, sure. Hot sauce for certain. But even I would draw the line at chocolate.
But then I will not eat fish sticks dipped in custard either.4 -

Progress not perfection! Getting healthier and fitter is a process. For some of us, change is a baby step at a time, and every person's journey is their own.1

Christmas Oreo question: If you were going to dip an Oreo in white chocolate and top with crushed candy canes, would you use original, mocha, or the hot cocoa flavored Oreos?2
