I'm 5'3". I log everyday and eat anything I want within 1250+exercise cals and I've lost 25lb in 13 weeks, if that's any help! P.S MFP says 1700 for my maintenance cals which seems sadly low

I have audible.com on my phone. I've found i can hear the story and the world around me. Stories can be downloaded but I tend to avoid comedies as I cant run and laugh!

After putting in my weekly total I'm now in Bree, 17miles til I leave.

Two half days of house wearing and they feel more 'me', going running tomorrow morning. Old ones relegated to garden shoes.

2.5 years post op - all fine, no probs x'cpt if I eat too much melted cheese, which I don't have the calories for so not a problem

Nuts - love them but hate how many calories for such small amount, only once did I eat first and logged after! Mad for pizza but shop/takeaway are too greasy now so do homemade.

Its crazy! Lost 4lb the day before TOM and gained 2lb back within 5 days without going over calories! Last month had no change at all in TOM week, arrrh. Overall losing weight ok so I'm just focusing on month to month readings.

This is how we get to the woods when I feell like cycling - she can get out once there and run along side and she's only run in front of the bike a few heartstopping times! :/ :D

I have 3 teen boys - i did a grradual intro of 'everyone' meals at 1 a week. Also swapping stuff like jar sauce to homemade on fav meals. They have homemade burgers and pizza but salad comes with it now! Don't aim to chnge too much too soon, it's easier to have them onside than against you, two of mine actually help cook…

I ran 3x 5mins which added up to 1mile (eek, first time!) but the dog just slowly trotted beside me, unimpressed, waiting for her chance to go for a decent leg stretch!

Downloaded yestday - I've logged all my 'map my walk' week totals since starting MFP, thought I hadn't done much but it surprised me how far I've got - old man willow!

I love rye bread 100cals for a tiny slice but to me it's worth it! If you love it, count it & eat it. You may change how/what you choose as calories allow.

My doc advised to stop all cola drinks due to the caffeine effect and I sleep better since I stopped drinking it. I drank it daily before and it didn't hinder my weight loss (I never touched full coke). So, calorie-wise, I guess better but it's about what's 'healthier' so now I would have a small fruit juice & water and…

Thanks for all advice, much better today. Trousers stayed up, peed b4 I left, secured phone, went slower - meant I managed 5/7 60 secs runs his time with a lot less swearing! I wont post about every run I do but may update from week to week as none of my friends run, or want to join me!

I used to cut veg v finely or blitzed and put in lasagna sauce etc. Have managed to get them onto bigger chunks now but they still refuse whole veg out of choice!

Ah, couldn't measure as only 20secs each time b4 back to walking pace but wouldnt think there was much difference, I don't think I could jog any slower, hopefully I will get more stamina by week 2? I walk dog 3mph 50-60 min daily. New trousers on order :D
