30 mins, I could cry!

My C25K boast (and a question)
6 weeks ago I could barely manage 1 min and today I ran for 25 mins, albeit slowly (avg 13-14min/mile), have surprised myself :) ! C25k update
Started week 4 - still going, surprising myself! On 13mins running over 30mins :) One question - I nearly fell towards the end cos my legs were tired and my toe caught in a dip. Is this just a hazard of running or my technique?

P***d off
Been mostly within cals this week gained 5lb! Weighed in last 3 morrnings the same - it took 3 weeks to lose them HOW have they gone on in one week (1 day over cals only). ? Not drinking enough - have been v busy! :/

Stair climbing
With the nights closing in it won't be safe to go out walking/running alone so thought i would climb stairs in the house on a couple of eves? Anyone done this and any advice ie short time and quicker or longer time and slower?

soup in fridge
made some veg goats cheese & curry soup Sat pm but made loads (oop's!). Have put half in freezer but can't fit any more in and have 6 portions left - how long will they last? Thnx

Couch to 5k NHS
Day 1 - horrrible! Can't run for 60 secs, need longer than 3 mins to recover, my trousers kept fallling down b'cos of weight loss, dropped my phone, peed a bit (sorry TMI), legs turned to jelly by run 2 BUT I made it, roll on day 2!

Bread substitutes help please
Cardiologist has advised trying to stop eating bread due to high sodium and sugar content ☹️. Rye bread can't be that bad, is it? I'm not keen to have constant veg or salad without something satisfying with it (am vegetarian by the way). What do others eat instead of bread? Thanks

Paneer (homemade) help needed
I know the ingredients are full milk and lemon juice but from there I am clueless. I really want to make a single portion each time unless it can be frozen, can anyone advise please? Thanks

Exercise calories - quick Q
Mapmywalk gave me 400 cals (walking) but by logging in distance/time MyFitnessPal gave me 300 - does MFP take off basal cals automatically when MFW doesnt (they both have my vitals!) Thanks

In 5 weeks time.....
what a daft idea Yesterday ate 1007 cals, you will be 11st 3lb Today ate 1094 cals, you will be 11st 7lb Why is it even there??? (I know my cals are under these two days but am clawing a few back, not starving myself!)
