Thanks guys... my TDEE is 2380 with light exercise so I have put myself at 1550 calories Monday-Thursday then 1900 calories from Friday-Sunday. How does that sound? Thanks

I have changed to MFP calculations which means I am on 1610 cals a day, according to MFP I burnt 543 calories doing turbofire. Then with walking to and from work etc it says I have burnt more calories however if I just eat half of the calories I burnt through turbofire (so an additional 270) does that sound about right?…

Thank you, well tonight I have ate every single exercise calorie back, that may have been to do with me eating only 100 calories till 2pm then starving! Have decided I will mainly try and eat around half of exercise (not including extra Fitbit ones) and see how I get on. Does this seem about right? Thanks

Thank you, would I eat half of what mfp says which includes general steps etc or just half of the 50 mins of turbofire please?

Thank you, I set up my own calorie intake as my TDEE was just over 2000 if that makes any difference?

This will be the first time I have tried it but aiming for lots of water (and black coffee!!!!!!!) in the morning, then a cup a soup and some salad bits around lunch time and maybe a ready meal at night until I get used to it

Thank you for your help. Is that 1600 your TDEE? Mine is 2300 for non fast day which seems a lot! I like the idea of 3 bowls of porridge! X

If it makes any difference I am around 50 pounds to get to a healthy BMI but I am aiming first to be the weight I was when I was a size 12 and will then reasses if I want to lose…

I have highered it to losing 1lb a week and I can now have 1570 a day. Seems better! X

Hello! I am a mum of 1, she is 3 in October! If you are on Facebook add a group called 30 day shredders, originally made for Jillian Michaels 30 day shred but loads of different workouts now etc. I have found it really helpful! People use this app too. Good luck x

Thanks all. I appreciate your comments and help. I can see where you are coming from and do agree with you on the intuitive eating. I am not going to get to goal on it but can see me using that tool for when I eventually start to maintain. Thank you for your help x
