Right I'm going to be brave. Haven't posted this before but this is my before and after pics from last year. I lost 25lbs in 6 weeks. Unfortunately I'm back to my before picture bit I'm getting back into shape again.

Wow go you! There is definitely a big difference, that is awesome in just 3 weeks. I would love to join for round 3 in 3 weeks :-)

Current weight 144lbs so I've gained 4lbs this week which I'm annoyed at myself for. My gaol is to lose that 4lbs by this time next week by eating clean.

I does make it more frustrating I think especially when you think of l the work that you put in. Yeah hopefully keeping each other motivated will help, I'm determined to lose this weight and keep it off.

This definitely helped me. Once I started seeing results it made me even more determined. There wasn't much deference in my week 1 and 2 but in my week 4 pictures there was a huge difference :smile: Another way of knowing how much id lost was taking measurements.
