  • Past few days have been good cardio/exercise days but my diet was bad. Not that I ate junk but I didn't eat enough. My fiancé wasn't in town and I don't cook so you fellas know how that goes.   • Anybody know if this app increases the calorie goal automatically? My calorie goal increased this week from last week but I didn't have input in that. I'm not that familiar with this app. Thoughts? Today: Food- 4 Water- 3 Mood/Energy-3 Fitness-1.5 (in a deposition all day mostly sitting down)

  • I am late the past few days. Been busy but that's no excuse. Mark - you guys played well yesterday. I feel for you guys. No subs. We tied yesterday but I once again was held goalless/pointless. Two in a row now. Hating my play. Maybe I need to get back to a focused diet

  • Ok. It's been a rough couple of days bc I have not been able to do cardio (knee acting up again). But I have been lifting weights and again monitoring my portions. Here's my report past few days Food -3 Fitness -3 Energy/Mood -3.5 Water -4 Keep it up guys.

  • A good diet helps. I am not watching what I eat as much as I am watching how much I eat. I feel much healthier but I do miss my normal eating sessions.

  • Rough one yesterday. No exercise and happy hour. But I was able to find "healthier" drinks and food options than normally for happy hour. Burger without the buns was perfect. But I did have a few fries. It was so good, though! Food- 2.5 Fitness- 2 Water- 4 Energy/Mood- 3.5
