I am vegan and it doesn't stop be from eating junk. I just eat vegan junk. I would recommend focusing a plant based diet and make sure you are counting calories. I agree! Even if you are bored with working out I feel like my group class has made me excited about working out again. I have been doing burn boot camp and they are really great about providing modifications so you are doing moves that feel at your level!

I lost 65 and no loose skin! but I think it depends on genetics. I did have stretch marks tho.

I think if you are eating around 1200 calories (which what mfp sets it to usually) , eat back your workout. But if you eating more. I eat around 1500-1700 calories a day.
