    My birthday was 4/4 and I gained 5 lbs over that week. I ate all the food. Don't feel bad. We can do this!

    Slight gain, which is a bummer. But I know why, and I can bounce back from it. I did a really hard, good hike Saturday, but then still ate more than I should've. Even counting the extra calories burned lol.
