And I do not eat a lot of carbs either... Mostly a couple servings of whole grain breads. Or a Belvita breakfast bar. And the rest is veggies and fruits. Its discouraging BC I'm trying to eat better (and I am losing weight) but I don't want to be a sugar addict.

Thank you all. Its just hard when I do enjoy my fruits. And I don't feel like I eat them in total excess but some days MFP will tell me I've gone over. I am mostly watching my calories and trying to eat a lot of protein. This is all so complicated ughhhhhh.

I have lost 30lbs and I did it by a strict diet . but....I allowed myself one cheat day.keeps my sanity lol and due to my dieting I found myself not even eating as much of the foods I "love" .

I have had the same prob. The one at home is six to seven pounds off from the one at home. I chose to believe the lesser one
