Thsnks guys! I an afraid of my scale in general so this is a nice excuse not to go near it. I ate more calories than usual today but not even 1200 calories.

No he is not okay with it. He's trying to help me.Again, I am not intentionally starving myself. I had a past with ED..I have been doing better otherwise I wouldn't gave gained the weight I did this past year and a half. But I am not comfortable with how I look now so I am trying to lose some of it.

Yes but let me just throw in, I'm not intentionally starving myself or anything like that. I do eat, but usually I eat mainly vegetables and fruit. Some meats are okay but I am not the biggest fan of them.

I actually just went to my doctor last week. He wants me to exercise for at least twenty minutes a day. I have other health conditions that require healthy diet and regular exercise.

I have struggled with eating disorders since I was ten. When I gained all this weight so fast I got so disgusted with myself that I just don't want to eat too much.

I got the goal from MFP. I ate way under my calories yesterday. Had like 700 calories for food and then burned almost 500 working out. I count calories on everything eat.

My goal is 1200 calories a day. I am five foot three and a half, almost five foot four and embarrassingly I am about 160 to 165.

Iam an impatient person, that's true. I log my workouts and food abd drinks every day. I am not sure why I haven't been eating a lot. Haven't been hungry I suppose. I have been restricting calories for a few weeks to a month now but I just started using this app like yesterday. Haha..not trying to be unrealistic.

I actually just started using this app. The community on here is great and so supportive! My advice is to take this journey one day at a time and start with short term goals. :)
