Hey guys, I got the new good brand scale and it agrees with the bad brand digital csale far more than my mechanical one. It is showing 6kg lighter than my mechanical. Anyone know how to update my starting weight so that when I start to log this it wont show a massive 12 lb of false loss?

There's no evidence in that article linking it to bad things but it's more of a precaution in case it's bad. I myself don't see a big problem with having more than 11% sat fats

How can you be sure placebo doesn't play into it? It's a pretty strong effect. You need to do a double blind study for yourself and see if you actually notice a difference or not.

So after you freeze them cooked, do you microwave them or do you have to use the stove so it won't ruin the texture?

Nope, other than light food, I have nothing that I know the weight off. I even have an old dumbell that I don't know the weight of XD Besides, to notice the strange difference like this, I'd have to weigh something closer to a human

Interesting.the new one is not exactly a great brand, years ago when my dad worked at a store that sold them, we tried many products from them and sent them all back. So hope the eats mart scale will give me the right answer. But it's good to hear difference is normal

Being out of breath whilst doing medial tasks or climbing stairs or waking more than 10 mins. Not only is it embarrassing but I don't want my friends to slow down for me or think I'm slowing things down.

Nice! I did some piano as a kid but I gave up soon after, the exercises were far too boring for me. I ended up learning some cool songs once in a while.

I only cook with coconut oil, I love the taste of it and the smell just increases my appetite and keeps me satisfied.

My sleep cycle changes all the time. I eat 1-2 hours after I wake up and then 4-6 hours after that. I know you wanted an actual time but that's all I can say xD

A nice burger with egg and pickles :) I hate fast food burgers, they are more hockey puck than meat.

2-3 sugars. I hate bitter things. I can't have dairy so not using creamer/milk is no problem for me. Nothing else tastes good so I don't really use almond or soy milk.

How do you guys get such precise measurements? Mine fluctuates sometimes about a pound every day or so. So I can't really measure unless its a loss of over 2kg

Thanks for the tips :). My calorie goal after the 1st two days changed automatically from 1500 to 1350 strangely. Is the normal?
