What do you put in your coffee?

whole milk and Truvia - about 40 calories in 16 oz.0

I switched to black when I decided to lose weight. In rare occasions I'll add a bit of milk (1% is what we have).0
-
I put in black coffee two shots of myproteins zero calorie Banana Flavdrops also the white chocolate one is nice in coffee too0
-
I was like you and always used a ton of creamer in my coffee. I've backed down to 1tbsp in a single cup now of Fat free/Sugar free vanilla creamer. It's only 15 calories but it definitely doesn't taste like real cream.

Stevia and evaporated milk.0

Black with 2 packets of sweet leaf stevia. I try to only drink coffee two times a week because I am very easily addicted and will have serious withdrawals if I miss a day (after many days of consecutive coffee drinking).0

I cold brew mine overnight and it ends up highly concentrated. About two ounces of cold brew, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk and ice. Sometimes I put in a few drops of Mexican vanilla extract or cinnamon. It's about 15kcals.0

Me too but only iced coffee!0 -
2-3 sugars. I hate bitter things. I can't have dairy so not using creamer/milk is no problem for me. Nothing else tastes good so I don't really use almond or soy milk.0

Usually dairy milk or half and half, or unsweetened nondairy "milk" (soy, almond, coconut, rice, cashew...), depending on what's available. Even a full ounce of half and half is only 40 calories.
Sometimes black, especially if I'm drinking it iced, or if the only thing available is powdered "creamer" or a sweetened liquid creamer (can't stand sweet coffee), or vegetable oil-based creamer that leaves little pools of oil floating on top of your coffee (yuck).
Sometimes a dash of ground cinnamon.
I haven't changed since I started tracking. I just log it and make it fit.0 -
I started drinking my coffee black when I started using a French press and good quality organic, free trade coffee. I like a good teaspoon of cinnamon mixed in too!0
-
Fat free half n half and some cocoa powder0
-
Vodka and Kahlua. Sometimes I leave out the coffee.
[No, seriously, I both cream and sweeten, but I'm not picky and I don't generally drink more than a cup a day anymore.]0 -
Sometimes I put in a teaspoon of rice malt syrup in my tea :-)0
-
I usually drink instant decaff with frothed & heated skimmed milk. I keep whole vanilla pods in with my "proper" coffee beans, so if I fancy a real coffee I get the taste of vanilla without the calories of syrup.0
-
I use half and half. 20 calories per spoon and it tastes rich.

I go for a skinny latte with a shot of vanilla. It's about 100cal, but I don't drink it often so I suppose for me it is more of a treat than a daily thing.0

So Delicious hazelnut coconut milk creamer. 20 calories for 1 tbsp and very good.0

15ml of heavy whipping cream (half and half just doesn't cut it). It's only 50 calories, and it's worth it as I intensely dislike the flavor of black coffee, but enjoy a cup with a splash of heavy cream. If I'm at a conference that only has half and half (or, worse, powdered creamer), I add sugar to cut the bitterness.
If I want a zero calorie caffeinated drink in the morning, I have green tea.0 -
2 Tsp Vanilla Almond Creamer and a Tsp of Sugar.0

I actually gave it up for 2 weeks because I hate wasting calories on cream and sugar. Having an "off" weekend camping so drinking it again. I was thinking about maybe trying raw honey instead of sugar. At least that has some health benefits. Wish I could drink it black.0
