Coffee addict here (with no plans of giving it up). Currently I put in 3 tbs of cinnamon vanilla creamer every morning but its so caloric at 105 calories. Any lower calorie alternatives?

1/2 cup skim milk and 2 splenda packets usually.0

I usually like to add soy milk -- regular soy milk adds in a nutty flavor. Sometimes if i get it from starbucks, they use vanilla soy milk, so that adds a nice touch of subtle sweetness.
Otherwise i never add sugar to my coffee. But i understand this is VERY individual preference. some just love it sweet. and some love it black.0 -

Why, yes. Yes, I am. XD0 -
More coffee.
But seriously, I drink it black with an extra splash of cold water to bring it down to drinking temperature right away. Pseudo americano. It's enough to cut the bitterness.
I used to add 2 packets of splenda or one of truvia and slowly weaned myself off of it, 1/4 packet at a time.0 -

Nothing, I trained myself to drink black coffee. I have always drank a lot of coffee and I used go through a pound of sugar in 2 weeks just from my coffee habit. I started getting worried about the effect of ingesting all this sugar in my mid-20's. I decided I had to give up the coffee or the sugar, so I gave up the sugar.0

I don't think one can be addicted to coffee as it is essential for life ,like air, water and food .
There is no choice.... .. Is there ?
Just to make sure before my morning ride I add a cup of strong expresso to my 3cup coffee thermos so I can survive.
I usually add a tsp. of splenda per cup coffee of whichever strength.0 -
Unsweetened cashew milk (creamier than almond or soy) and splenda. I believe the cashew milk is about 25 calories a cup, so I probably use 5 calories' worth. At Starbucks I get coconut milk.0

Nothing. I drink it black and it has it's advantageous. Mostly people are more willing to get me coffee for no reason because all they have to pick up is a black coffee. Nothing special, nothing complicated.0

Black weekdays
Whip cream on weekends0 -
drink it black0

Black drip coffee, or 2 shots of espresso with a half tsp of dark cocoa powder and heated cashew milk, no sweetener. I hated black coffee until I started buying decent beans and a good grinder.0
