I started drinking my coffee black when I started using a French press and good quality organic, free trade coffee. I like a good teaspoon of cinnamon mixed in too!

Vodka and Kahlua. Sometimes I leave out the coffee. ;)

[No, seriously, I both cream and sweeten, but I'm not picky and I don't generally drink more than a cup a day anymore.]

I usually drink instant decaff with frothed & heated skimmed milk. I keep whole vanilla pods in with my "proper" coffee beans, so if I fancy a real coffee I get the taste of vanilla without the calories of syrup.

I use half and half. 20 calories per spoon and it tastes rich.

I go for a skinny latte with a shot of vanilla. It's about 100cal, but I don't drink it often so I suppose for me it is more of a treat than a daily thing.

15ml of heavy whipping cream (half and half just doesn't cut it). It's only 50 calories, and it's worth it as I intensely dislike the flavor of black coffee, but enjoy a cup with a splash of heavy cream. If I'm at a conference that only has half and half (or, worse, powdered creamer), I add sugar to cut the bitterness.

If I want a zero calorie caffeinated drink in the morning, I have green tea.

I actually gave it up for 2 weeks because I hate wasting calories on cream and sugar. Having an "off" weekend camping so drinking it again. I was thinking about maybe trying raw honey instead of sugar. At least that has some health benefits. Wish I could drink it black.

Butter and MCT oil. Sorry, couldn't resist.

How is that actually?!? I am a manager for Starbucks and had a customer ask if I would do this for them...technically we aren't allowed to but I did it. I took her coffee and a small packet of butter and blended it up.
