  • This week I strayed from my routine a bit, but still kept in check with my exercise and eating goals. I dropped a pound, and I am starting to lose the carb cravings! If I can get rid of my sweet tooth with this plan, I will be one happy girl! Looks like everyone is staying committed to this! Keep up the good work, all!

  • Happy Friday! I am ending this week on a good note. I lost 1.8 pounds and had to wear a belt with my favorite pants! That must mean I am on my way down to a size 10. Not there yet, but I have been going in the right direction this week! Have a great weekend, folks!

  • Count me in!!! This is just what I need to hold myself accountable. My goals for the next 8 weeks: - Drop my weight to 150 (that is 12 pounds that I need to lose) - Feel comfortable in a size 10 pant (no pinched waist!) - Cardio 4x / week. Strength training 4x / week Here we go! Donna

  • Thanks! I am going to try really hard this time -- and do it the right way. Take my time and learn a new way of eating that I can actually do! More fruits and veggies, and maybe not as much chocolate! I have a brand new grandbaby -- I want to be a cool, active grandma for her! :smile:
