  • Hi, Yes I am in a calorie deficit the weight did not move for about three weeks whilst playing around with my diet. The past week I have dropped 2cm off waist and one kilo. More protein less carbs seems to be working but slowly!
  • Thank you for all the replies, Doing T25, Tiabata and Interval training so should continue to see a loss 12kg's to go until I reach my fighting weight!
