you might try cutting down gradually with EVERYTHING. For instance, I used to take 2 tsp. of sugar in my coffee. Started taking only 1. Not as good, but drinkable. Then cut to 1/2. and finally stopped using sugar entirely. Also started subbing stevia for part of the sugar, and still cutting down on the total sweet taste.…
