I did WW in the past as well! Good program, but gets expensive quickly... Once you get the feel for calories vs. points, you'll probably like this better (the food database is FAR more inclusive!!!) :smiley: I keep track of my extra calories during the week and use them for "treats" (eating out, etc...) the same way you'd…

Hi there! I was at 265 lbs. last December, and am now at 245 lbs. (slow but it's staying off! :smile: ) Your goals look great & I think running a marathon would be a fun challenge!

Hi there! I am not a wheelchair user, but I work with students who are & I have found many resources on YouTube for workouts that can be accomplished. I participate with the students while sitting in a chair and, believe me, you will work up a sweat!!!! :+1:

I'm also a nursing student & have about 106 lbs. to lose... I think it's difficult to make good choices when you're feeling stressed, but I'm hoping determined to try to do a better job. I definitely feel better when I choose healthier foods!
