These results are from HIIT and weights and runs with the kids in the jogging pram I work out at the most 40min per day 6 days a week! I have two children under 3 yrs so I kept me workouts short and intense !I attend a group PT every Thursday that's weights only for 1 hr without the kids my treat ! I also didn't follow any particular diet I still ate pizza and chocolate I reduced my portions, picked healthier low calorie foods I ate more protein and exercised. 0
