I have a similar goal! I wanna lose 30 by May 22-the beginning of my vacation. I'm doing a LCHF type WOE. (Low carb, high fat; way of eating) I'm down 11.2 so I may have to up my goal but I didn't want to go too big and feel discouraged. In total I'd like to lose about 75

Do you eat breakfast? Breakfast or some light snack eaten less than 30 minutes after you wake up will jump start your metabolism. Also water. Drink lots of water. Maybe try mixing it up too. Drink more water. Instead of reaching for that snack, grab a bottle of water. Sometimes our bodies feel hungry but are actually just a little dehydrated.

I'm on week 5. My goal is to lose slow but steady at a pound or so a week. So far, Ive lost 4.6. This works if you're honest about what you eat-especially portion sizes. Some portion sizes are ridiculously small so beware! Feel free to add me...I've got another 90 pounds to lose so I'm going to be here awhile!

When that happens to me, I got to my Fitbit app and sync. Then back to mfp and it will sync them. It's a pain but it works.
