Not tracking steps Fitbit my fitness pal

i have a Fitbit charge hr and have installed the app and connected to my fitness pal. It still shows 0 steps in my fitness pal. How do I get it to show up?

Disconnect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit
Delete both apps. Restart your device, and reinstall both apps. Reconnect your accounts. In the MFP app, go to More > Steps and choose Fitbit.

When that happens to me, I got to my Fitbit app and sync. Then back to mfp and it will sync them. It's a pain but it works.0
