  • still 8 days to go for me since i joined later - but i have no doubt to make it - no sober september for me but its quite likely we ll meet in sober november again :-) keep up the great work - its worth it
  • Day 20 - and its going well. will try to moderate in september and then see how this works - if alcohol gets me back to getting oer my calorie goals (which it did) its back to "just say no".

  • dont give up - at least your commitment got you through a whole work-week without drinking. dont know your habits but i think that is a great success... did yoga after work - almost suffocating in my flat at this heat (the breathing exercises left me dizzy^^)
