Wow. Thank you for that. I appreciate your input. And I will definitely try and push myself to get better at eating. Thank you!!

Awe!!!! That's so great. I love that. Really shows you guys had a bond!! That's the best feeling.

Oh wow! I can definitely understand that. My mom was the same way. She wouldn't watch me ride most of the times because I use to ride a lot of green horses that she was scared I'd get hurt. (Which I did.. Lol). But I loved riding then and building a bond.

Saddleseat? That sounds so cool! I love watching that class in a show or exhibition. I can't get over the tails

I agree. I don't over eat, I just don't make the right decisions sometimes. I think I need to train myself to be conscious with what I decided to eat at that moment. Thanks for your help!

Oh that's cool! Maybe that background will help me then!

I use to ride at least twice a week! I'm having major withdrawals.

I only rode hunter/jumper. But now I want to do reining, barrels etc.

I think that's my problem. I need to track what I eat more strictly and be realistic with the outcome. That's what I am hoping to achieve by joining here! Thanks!!

Wow, I never thought of it that way. I did start drinking more water, soda was never an issue for me as I never really drink it. But the hardest part for me is eating three meals a day. I usually skip breakfast, may have a late or unhealthy lunch. And then a big dinner once I get home from work. I've tried asking for help…

This is really helpful. I will start small and work my way up. I guess I have to get it out of my head that loosing weight would happen quick.
